Pangea DiamondFields plc (“PDF”) is
an emerging African diamond producer and exploration company. The company has a portfolio of seven diamond projects comprising multiple resource areas, located in the Central

African Republic (“CAR”), Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”), South Africa and Angola, although in the current economic climate there is limited activity on some of these projects.

PDF’s mission is to become a significant producer of diamonds on the African continent. Its immediate objective is to fast-track the development of those projects in its portfolio which are near to commercial production and have the potential to be cash positive even in challenging times.
